Proficiency Bonus not being added on rolls

I have noticed that my groups proficiency bonus is only being added on attack rolls, where there is a box to be checked saying to add it. But it has not been added on any ability checks or other rolls. We are using the 5e OGL character sheet and I have tried deleting some of the attributes as mentioned in previous posts with no luck.

The prof. bonus is only added to skills or saves the character is proficient in, have your group checked if you have selected those things properly? Prof. bonus are not added to damage.

Can you post a screen shot of the CORE page for one of your character's that are not getting proficiency bonus for ability checks?

I am also having this issue. Characters whose skill proficiencies were designated during character creation in the Charactermancer are automatically calculated, but any skill proficiencies added after that don't seem to get added to rolls.

This is the best I can do as far as a screenshot, nothing else would upload. As you can see the the various skills are checked off for proficiency, one of which being stealth. When I do a roll for stealth (also included) it is only adding in the ability mod and not the proficiency bonus (2). We just started a new run and as far as I can tell it is happening for everyone in the party. The only time I can see the pb being added into the roll is on the attack roll where the weapon has the option to check whether you are proficient in it or not. 

I figured it out. Looks like I'm just dumb. On this character sheet, when you choose a skill as being proficient, it automatically adds the pb into the modifier. I was looking for a separate score to be added in. So everything is ok.
