Hello Roll20! I really really love, and very much miss the pulp/noir/swashbuckling/sky-pirates/magicpunk setting of Eberron. I've been away too long and thought I might see if I might be able to rally a group together as well as an enterprising DM. If anyone remembers there was an old comic called Battle Chasers with so many similarities between the settings and in fact the comic came out 6 years before Eberron...I'd not be surprised if Kieth Baker wasn't at least subconsciously inspired by it. Recently rereading it has inspired me to play a Calibretto kind of a Warforged, so I made a custom class I'd like to playtest out at higher levels. In terms of group goals and story, I'd love it if we were our own free company with our own airship. We can be heroes, pirates, explorers...ideally a little of all three. An airship/company based game opens up exploration which is such an important part of pulp, and I'd love to explore the setting far and wide! Aside from the general interest check I have a few other rules requests I'd like to make... - Starting level 15 - No more than one PC of any nonhuman race. I'd like to be the Warforged obviously, but there could also be a Shifter, a Changeling etc. - Homebrew friendly...I actually have a specific homebrew class I found and heavily modified for my warforged. - 36 point buy, Max HP/level - Streamlining with Skill Merges: Athletics (Climb, Jump, Swim), Acrobatics (Balance, Tumble) Awareness (Spot, Listen), Deception (Disguise, Bluff), Diplomacy (includes Gather Information), Disable Device (includes Open Lock), Linguistics (includes Decipher Script and Forgery), Legerdemain (Escape Artist, Sleight of Hand, Use Rope), Stealth (Hide, Move Silently), but no synergies. - Retroactive skill point increases for Intelligence score increases (makes bookkeeping easier, and hey skills are nice to have). - No Flaws but feats at every odd level instead. - Scaling Dragonmark feats (for those players who want them), like so: Dragonmark [Character Level] You have a really pretty tattoo. 0: The skill bonus granted by the mark of your choice but +3 instead of +2. 1: You gain the Least Mark of your choice. 4: Your Least Mark becomes a Lesser Mark. 8: Your Lesser Mark becomes a Greater Mark. 12: Your Greater Mark becomes a Siberys Mark. Any interested parties?
