How can i find a game

i really would like to play Savage Worlds with a group who knows how. I have dabbled but...anyways..how do i got about it in here?

Hey S4BRE We definitely want to welcome gamers who want to play more  Savage Worlds. My old group recently moved over to Fate but that system is not my bag.  GMs will post games from time to time but it seems as if the frequency is trailing off. I assume you have tried to join an existing Savage Worlds game in Roll20?  You can try posting on the Savage Worlds community in Google+. Are you interested in any particular genre? You can find the Star City Savages on Discord, too.

Being that we are smaller then the majority of other games I think a lot of us find our groups and end up sticking around in those games. Sometimes people need new players so it doesn't hurt to post something like what you did here mentioning you are looking for a game, but I think jax is right. Your best bet is to have a look at the "looking for games: savage worlds" and see what happens along with being here.

posts like this are a good start, keep an eye on the forums as GMs needing new players will usually post in here too. But mostly, go trawl the LFG section for Savage Worlds games. Almost all GMs are happy to take on newbies and help them learn the game, I've honestly never met another GM that declares their table a newbie free zone because we basically all want to spread the joy of tabletop. The Savage Worlds G+ can be a source of finding groups, but I have noticed that quite a lot of the GMs there use Fantasy Grounds to run their games and not Roll20.
