LFP - D&D 5e for SERIOUS ROLEPLAYERS. Great module, guaranteed fun.

The Legend of Llewdor This will be one the best D&D game you've ever played. We're light on the rules and heavy on the roleplaying, with a focus on having fun and making your character come to life. I'm an experienced GM looking for great roleplayers who enjoy the immersive parts of D&D. The game starts out linear, then opens up into open-world, where you're free to move wherever you want. I have an offline group that I also play with weekly, in this same world that I've developed over 8 years. You don't need anything to join my campaign, other than a microphone, the ability to get immersed in a character, and a good mood :). I'm in GMT+1 and will be playing on sundays at 14:00, weekly. I'm Norwegian and accept great roleplayers from around the world. The campaign : - D&D 5e, zero rules discussions during a session. We take questions after the session. - Interesting, different and unique story. No maidens to rescue, no kings in need of help from strangers. - Stories and quests suited to your characters. - Complete freedom of choice. Go ahead, punch the bar patron with a fishing rod, see what happens. ;) - Plenty of locations to explore. - Mainly humans, elves, dwarves and halflings. Other than that, you're free to make anything. Setting : The setting and story is highly expansive, unique, and most importantly tested! I've played this module with various group over the past 8 years, and the response is very positive. You can alter events in a real and meaningful way, or not do anything at all - the choice is yours. This module is something I made long ago, and I'm very proud of it. I expect you to give as much as I do during sessions. The setting of this initial prequel to the campaign, where you start at level 1, is low-combat, low-magic. World : Pelacis, your home. It's a dry, desolate and hopeless place. The edge of the world is no longer visible to us mere mortals. Days grow shorter. Dust clouds and hurricanes taunt us from a distance, and hinder any movement to the outer regions. What have we done to earn the hatred of the Gods? Human legions covered in metal and dust roam the land, enforcing the law with merciless precision. Without them we would be truly lost. Is there hope among the rulers of the land? Those in power have long since carved their destiny from the flesh of the common folk and disappeared behind brick and mortar. Rumors of surreal massacres, and of strange creatures have begun spreading. Communication between important trade hubs is broken, and food has become scarce. People are turning against tradition and history, against the King, against everything you've ever known to be real.. You wander towards The city of the Gods, the vast epicenter of the Empire, in hope of finding answers..
Updated with free slots, map and some more descriptions. ~Three slots still available.
Application Experience with D&D: I have played a handful of games at my local game shop and have some decent experience as DM and player on roll20, i tend to get into the story much more rather than the 5E multi-hour combat.  I enjoyed reading the introduction and I would most likely play an elf or human wizard.  The character I have in mind would be mostly light-aligned but would welcome any dark companions into the group as well. I am very interested in learning more about this world and possibly adventuring in it :)
Thank you so much for your interest. Please send me a PM if you think you're especially relevant for the part. Recruitment is closed for now, but may open up again soon.
In case recruitment opens back up. I have over a decade of role playing experience, and I have a charecter concept for a human mystic, if using unearthed arcana is ok, that I've been wanting to play for a while, but haven't found the right group.
