[LFP] {One-Shot} The Color Animal Inn (New Players Welcome; No Experience Needed) 11pm Central (7/27/18) [Pathfinder]

Edit: GAME OVER LATE night game tonight... We're open for business again! One night only! I will be accepting the first 4-5 people to post here. Pre-generated characters are available; if you join early enough, I can help you make/import your own. -Barth, Bartender and Owner of "The Color Animal Inn" Old Post for information: Greetings, young hero! Perhaps you have heard by now of the wondrous opportunities to be had in the rapidly-growing town of  Owhe ? How a series of earthquakes revealed long-hidden tombs, caverns, and  dungeons  populated by  dangerous monsters and filled with fantastic treasure? And how numerous adventurers have made their fortunes  (and sometimes their fates, but let's not dwell on the down side!)  by coming here to try their hand at exploration? Well, now it's your turn! Visit the best little town in the middle of nOWHEre!! Shop our bountiful stores, visit our scenic dungeons, and  share tales of adventure with other heroes at: The Color Animal Inn! So, here's what's the thing, what it is, is: The Color Animal Inn  is my attempt to create a 'game' that anyone can join, on a semi-regular basis. The campaign I have set up includes a large number of complicated interactions between character sheets, macros, token actions, and API scripts. This all works together to make a very, very simple interface, suitable for even the newest newbie to use quickly, easily, and intuitively. NO GAMING KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED Each session will be couched in the idea that participants are visiting a bar,  where they can meet one another and discuss various topics of interest. Sound like fun? Want to be part of this? Great, here's all you have to do! Rule 1: Don't be a jerk. I'm the only jerk allowed in this particular tavern,  and I've already tried kicking myself out.  Don't make me boot you, too. Rule 2: If you obey Rule 1, I don't need a Rule 2. Gameplay will occur on Roll20 Voice contact will take place through Discord. VIP List: 1: Nick P (Returning) 2: Officerdust (NEW!) 3: WARLORD DKAE (NEW!) 4: yoyoReach (NEW!) 5: ? 6: ? EDIT: GAME OVER
Bump to top (I get one a day, right?) q;}
This sounds interesting.  I havent played pathfinder before but I have played dnd for a while now.  I would like to see if Pathfinder is my cup of tea of not.  I would love to join you and get to know the game a bit just far warning I dont know pathfinder but I am a quick learner.
hi im nick i fount this post and i would like to try the game out I've played D&D for the past 11 years and i heard a mix of opinions of this game so hear i am to finally see what its like.
Hey Officerdust and WARLORD DKAE! I'll be sending both of you VIP passes in a moment. Please show them to AL the bouncer at the door, so he will let you inside. Once you've arrived, we'll discuss how things work and then, hopefully, have a little fun. Still room for 2-3 more players!
Hey man yeah, definitely interested.
I’m very interested, please let me know what details you need from me if I make the cut :)
Matthew H, thanks for your interest, but we've just finished playing. The party went into the wilderness, and met some Lizardmen who appeared to be fishing. They tried to recruit them, but the lizardmen weren't interested, considering humans inferior. The fact the dwarf rolled a nat-1 on his swim check to cross the river didn't help either. They travelled downriver and snuck up behind a group of bandits waiting in ambush. The bandits didn't notice the party, but a group of zombies did! The zombies swarmed forward and took out the barbarian with a well-placed bite (And a critical hit!) The barbarian then rose as a zombie lord, and started chasing down the player characters. I let the player who died run the zombie lord! Fortunately, the player character it attacked made his saving throw, avoided the stun, and eventually shot the zombie lord dead with special anti-undead arrows. It was a lot of fun! Keep your eyes open, I never know when I'll get the chance to run a game so I can't say when it will happen. But when it does, please sign up again and come join us at: The Color Animal Inn! -Phnord, aka Barth the Bartender
