Table sign-up is on Warhorn. A confirmation email will be sent out the day before. Those who confirm will be sent the link to the VTT the day of the game. If there's a wait list and not everyone ahead of it has confirmed by noon on game day, I will email everyone on the wait list and spots will go to the first to reply. I will also email the wait list five minutes after the scheduled start if we have no-shows. If we have a legal table, the scenario will start fifteen minutes after the scheduled start regardless of how many no-shows there are.
