I want to run a game with two GMs. Is there a way to use Roll20 to accomodate for this?

Yes, on the campaign details page hover over the icon of the person you want to promote to GM and select "Promote to GM". However, you will remain the owner GM (certain things such as promoting and kicking players belong only to the owner GM).
