campaign will not load

I am trying to get into my campaign right now (7:51 PM PST) and my campaign will not load whatsoever... there was extreme lag before hand and I have no clue what the issue is.... Any help out there?
I am also experiencing the same problem. 
ok looks like maybe the RTS is down.

There's an issue with the real-time server right now. Working to bring it back up. Sorry about that, I know it's awful timing.
same here, our whole group is waiting and i'm bleeding all over the floor!!
My group has been lagging for the past hour or so, and it just recently froze up and now we can't reconnect. So yea same problems here.

lol, it's always bad timing for someone eh? Good thing this only happens infrequently. hope my maps are still good. <cross fingers> 
Same thing here. I accidentally tried to upload an image to the chatbox, rather than the field. At this time it opened an about blank page. When I x'd out and tried to return, the campaign would not load. ><
Well we had about 1,600 people online when it went down so...not great timing for a lot of people :-)
Luckily we all got a look at our playing field and we're continuing in vent without visuals...look forward to a fix though, thanks for working on it so quickly! :D
I clicked the text box that allows you to see all past chat in that game, and instantly I got kicked, and this server problem started. Probably just coincidental timing, but I suppose it's possible that caused it.

While Riley is working on the problem I figured I would come in and let you know about the status page.&nbsp; <a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a> You can use it to see what is down in case there is a problem like the one tonight. If you click on the Real-Time Sync Server it will give a bit of information as to how long it has been up or down. You can also look at the history to see what the track record is. :) - Gauss
Just a quick update, our service provider is having to spin up a new server, something happened to the old one. So it's probably going to be about 20 more minutes according to their estimate. Sorry for this.

Were hand drawing on a virtual white board.&nbsp; Keep getting teased every 2 min when 1 of us can log in prior to a quick dc
So basically what's happened is our service provider (Firebase) who powers the real-time interactions on the site had a bit of a meltdown earlier. They have actually been working non-stop for the past two hours to bring us back online, spinning up a new server and attempting to migrate the traffic over there. However, things don't seem to be going as planned. At this point unfortunately it's out of our hands, we're just waiting on them to give us the go-ahead that things are back up. They're a very talented group of folks and I'm sure they're working as hard as possible to get things set straight.&nbsp; We really do apologize for this downtime, I know it was an absolutely horrid time and it probably interrupted a lot of games tonight. After we get the service back up again, we'll work with them to try and figure out what caused this to happen so that we can hopefully keep it from happening again.
And of course as soon as I posted that it seems to be coming back online :-)
Ours is finally working. Fingers crossed that it stays up.
