Charactermancer Stuck on "Applying change 2 out of 20"

Hey guys, I cannot seem to get Charactermancer to add my character. I've custom added the Air Genasi race and selected a Ranger build. Everything else is selected from listed options. On the Building Your Character page after clicking Apply Changes, the page gets stuck on Adding your Races/Applying change 2 out of 20. I have had my DM delete the character and re-inputted all the information; I've tried using Chrome and Safari on different days. I'd appreciate any help I can get it having this issue resolved so I can finally have a character sheet haha. Thanks!

Hi Eralune. There is  already a thread  for addressing problems with the Charactermancer.  I have moved your thread there  for better visibility by the devs. Since this will be handled there from now on, I am closing this thread.
