[TOR] Michael Heilemann [Scripts]

Not sure how many others use these scripts or have already made fixes, But I noticed when I was setting up TOR, that a lot of His work needed some updates. with help from The Aaron I have updated most of the Scripts. and will put this up on Github if there is interest. also would like to here from other in the TOR community as to fixes they have made or what Scripts they use.
