[LFG] [5E] Mid-week or Sunday

Name: Jacob (call me Jake, or Buster) Discord: @busterwilde3#2761 Years experience: Oh... a lot. Lol. I played a lot of White Wolf back in high school, and got more into D&D in college. That was more than 10 years ago now. Played lots of 3.5 and Pathfinder. Played a bit of 4e. Didn't much care for it as a tabletop game (great miniature game, though). Started playing 5e when it came out, though not consistently due to having trouble finding games. Days available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Can't play too late on Thursday or Sundays, but Tuesday and Wednesday are fair game. See why it's so hard to find games sometimes? Preferred roles: Any. I typically play caster classes, though I'm plenty familiar with martial classes too. Other notes: I cannot pay you to DM for me. Sorry. I know it's an expensive hobby, and the extra income helps you with supplies and tools and other fun stuff for us players. Believe me, I get that. But I can't afford it, particularly not $10/week or however much some DMs are charging. I also have a dog with some minor medical issues who needs frequent walks, so expect me to take a short break every couple hours. I am gay, and I tend to make characters who are as well (not that I clad them in rainbow-patterned plate armor or anything). If you expect sexual themes in your games and have a problem with that, don't reach out to me.

Im looking to get into playing a pc again been dming for the past few years and only available on Wednesdays. I have over a decade of exp, so I feel your pain. Would like to join your group im flexible as roles go I can have fun with any class.

Some practice might help me get into the swing of things, but I'd be a complete fish out of water in your game for at least a few sessions just on the dice system alone. Let me tell you, it's not fun trying to cram 3-4 hours of that kind of activity between two 12 hour shifts, but it's the only time I can get that particular group together... and even then, it's pretty rare we get to play. I want to be able to unwind during the week with a game I don't have to try and herd cats to play.
