New Gm wanting to run Naruto oneShot for newbies

Yo my name Is pakuns and I was wondering if someone would be willing to show me the Dm ropes. as well as teach newbies somethings about pathfinder. We will be playing a homebrew style of game. I just want to see if i can Dm. the only way to get rid of fear is to plunge face first. so this is my attempt. so here are my rules Jinchuuriki's shall be rolled for and only a nat 20 will become one. You will start as genin and at lvl 1 no real justus yet. ( Blank Canvas) the players starting Hp will be 25+CON mod and chakra at 40+wis No power gaming. I know you want to be the biggest baddest shinobi out there but try to consider the group bloodlines of uchiha and hyuuga are acceptable. others will be rolled as I feel they are too rare and powerful to have. Shinobi will be split into squads of three like the anime So if you have friends Invite them. AND thats all =D the rest of the rules can sorted out when you. hoping to do it today if things work right. Always remember to have fun and be cool!
I hated the naruto anime/manga due to the overwhelming filler, but I actually liked the base concepts and whatnot.. Would you be willing to accept someone who's knowledge of the series ends at ending of the invasion of konoha arc? Because this might be a thing I'd be into. :)
In truth My knowledge only goes so far. You don't have to be knowledgeable or even a fan. just know a little lore is good for reference. also if you have some friends who Dm that would be great as I need some help for my first
I'm a regular DM who could inform you on a few concepts that i found useful, although Dungeon Mastering is an art, and like any art, you have to find your own style. When were you thinking about doing this? Are you Set on the pathfinder Rules system? For a Naruto game, there are honestly a lot better rules out there, simpler, and less dense with material, and even ones that allow for custom and balanced power creation.
