Reset API sandbox from chat

We play a game which technically I am the creator of, but I sign in with an alt account so I can just be a regular Player.  Another person is the true GM.  Sometimes the sandbox crashes and since he isn't the owner of the game, he can't reset the api sandbox - I have to.  This is fine when we are actively playing but if he wants to test something out later and it ends up crashing, he has to text me to restart it.  It would be cool if you could pass a command to restart the api sandbox from within the chat.  Anything like that exist?

If he is a Co-GM, he can go in and restart things.  There isn't a command for restarting the sandbox.  Even if there was, it likely would only work for GMs anyway.
Does he have to be a pro member?

No, the features of a game follow the creator of the game.  The Game has the API because you are a Pro subscriber and you created the game.  He'll have the API Scripts menu item that you have when he's a Co-GM.  He won't be able to get into the Game Settings or Schedule the next game, do the LFG, etc.  But API he will definitely have access to.
Gotcha, thank you for the clarification.
