When you right click, say, a token, you have the option of moving it to the map, GM info, or token layer. However, the dynamic lighting layer does not show up in this list, even for paid accounts. Similarly, tokens dropped directly onto the dynamic lighting layer do not come up with the options bubbles when clicked (although double clicking them does allow you access to the options.) This is a concern simply because at least some of us have found the dynamic lighting layer to be an excellent place to store 'invisible', but light emitting, tokens.
