Tabletop Audio is not playing. Other music and sounds work...

I am getting a campaign ready and old songs I had added a few months ago are not playing. It seems to only be the ones from "Tabletop Audio". Everything else seems to be playing fine. I cleared my cache and cookies but it is still not playing. When I try to add a track and want to listen to it first it is just constantly loading. Thanks in advance for any feedback on this issue.  EDIT: Only the sounds and music from "Fanburst" are working for me. All three of the other tabs do not load.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with playing tracks. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? It looks like you've done step three. If the problem persists through to step 4, please grab a log from an incident where a track fails to load/play.  Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

It seems it was my web security firewall. Not sure why it allowed other files to be played and not the ones I mentioned. Sorry I did not trouble shoot better, I am a bit inept with computers. It seems to be working now though. Thank you so much for the swift response!
