Green bar circle hides rotation handle

Whenever I click on a token, the green circle for bar 1 numbers pops up over the rotation handle for the icon. I can click the icon and nudge the icon to make the overlays go away, I just wondered if I was missing something. I hate to ask something that might be ridiculously simple.

There are a few things you can do for that.  Try changing your zoom level, the rotation bar scales with the zoom, I believe.  Additionally, you can rotate with the mouse wheel by holding down the 'e' key.  That gives you 15º rotations, or holding 'alt-e' will give you 1º increments.
