Creating custom game packages, and distributing through market.

I'm getting deep into creating this game for rolld20. Im building a card system, custom encounters, custom tokens character sheets etc.

Is there a way to wrap/finalize the campaign as a package, and offer the entire thing including a rule book etc, on the roll20 market?
For example, can I "Copy/Extend" the entire campaign and put it on market, ideally with cover art and stuff?

This sounds like you might be asking about "modules." Those are essentially entire campaigns, or games, set up and ready for purchase by users. As long as you own the rights to all of the content, you can consider becoming a content creator: https://marketplace.roll20.net/home/becomecreator
