[5e Shaped] Character name not showing

Before when I click on an item on the character sheet it will show it in chat with my character name as sub-header.  But all of sudden the name didn't show anymore (everything else works fine).  Please help! (I'm player btw).

Having the play name show is a sheet settings option. See the cog wheel tab. Please open all future issues on the script issue tracker which is linked on the bottom left of the sheet.
