Looking for Group Listing brings up ENGLISH listings despite searching for GERMAN games

I've noticed this before, but right now when I search for GERMAN games, two out of the seven listings are ENGLISH. Not sure how that happens but it's quite irritating and annoying to me. Hope this is the right place to post this, I wasn't really 100% sure. Would be cool if you could find the time to look into this. Thanks a bunch in advance, hope you're having a great day!
