Map completely disappeared from campaign

hi there!  i've found out that one of the maps i've made had completely disappeared from the game. it wasn't in the arhcives, i tried reloading, removing any unwanted cookies, logged out and in of the campaign multiple times, tried different browsers, and that one single map is still missing  the map was present and working last night and today it has completely disappeared  i've asked the creator of the campaign to see if he can roll back but he unfortunately does not have a pro sub to do so is map disappearing from campaigns normal? is there a way to retrieve the maps?  thank you for yoru time,  please and thank you

The Creator of the campaign could upgrade to Pro today and have access to the previous week's worth of snapshots, if that is the only consideration. Did the map 'page' disappear from the page browser at the top of the screen?  Is it perhaps archived?  Did the graphics on the map page disappear while the page itself is still there?  As a general rule maps don't simply walk off, the map page has to be archived or deleted or the images selected and deleted.  When this happens, a rollback is your only option.

the page itself disappeared from the page browswer completely. it was fairly big (like 90 x 40 or something similar) and it was made from using marketplace tokens, tiles, etc  all 3 of the gms in the campaign investigated and it wasn't archived. we currently dont have any maps that are achrived. we went through every map page and none of it was the one that was disappeared. i made sure to check and sign in using other browsers and that 1 specific map is just gone.  we were all jsut wondering if its some weird bug or if we had too many gms (total is 3). if rollback really is the only option then im not really sure what to say or respond to that :/ other than to upgrade or remake the map which is what i am currently doing thank you for your time and response  please and thank you
