As Garou you are the protectors of all the nighttime inhabitants that live in your Turf be they good or bad, nothing and no one is allowed to hunt here except your pack. One of you catches the scent memory of something evil and old. It breaks the Shroud of Shadows and deposits you and your mates in Victorian England. Here and now Jack the Ripper has the whole city gripped in fear. Ol' Jack is feared by all and feared to be hiding in every shadow, waiting to butcher whomever dares to step out of the light. The players detect mark of Chaos on this whole thing its unnatural power continues to warp your perceptions, is it drawing you back and forth through time, are you having flashbacks or hallucinations, unsure about reality you know one thing.
