character portraits and profiles?

Will it be possible in the future to have character portraits uploaded to the character itself so it's reflected in the chatroom? so, we don't have to constantly change our profile picture to the character from the game your playing at the time? or the character portrait be used as your icon in the chatroom for your character instead of your profile photo?.
