Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 4th Edition, Enemy Within pt 1. Shadows Over Bogenhaffen ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Empire, greatest land in the Old World, is under attack, not from enemies on its borders but from within. Lurking within the tangled depths of the vast forests Tare mutants, Beastmen and even the occasional dreaded Chaos Warrior. From time to time, these groups run amok, slaying and burning until their bestial appetites are sated with the blood and suffering of their victims. Mostly, though, they wait for the day when they shall pour out of the forests to burn the cities and claim The Empire for Chaos. According to various omens, that day is coming; the warpgates will again expand and the Gods will reward their chosen people with blood and the gifts of Chaos. So they wait in the forests, picking off those that wander too far from the roads but mostly fighting amongst themselves - for how else shall the strong prevail? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Warhammer 4th edition is finally here and I'm looking to run the Enemy Within Campaign. I already have a group I run in person but I wanted to try my hand at online play with a fresh group of people. No experience in roleplaying or warhammer lore is required, I'm more than happy to play with anyone at any skill level. That being said, the warhammer world is grim and perilous, there will be 18+ (may include: gore, extreme violence, drug use). We will run combats in theatre of the mind so we will not be using battle maps. The campaign is as roleplay heavy or combat heavy as you make it, certain decisions can let you by pass combat all together. In general it leans more to the roleplay side. Sessions will run as Sunday 7pm possibley to 10pm or even later depending on what the group wants. I would appreciate if you join that you can consistently make it to the sessions, missing a few is fine and there will be likely times where I have to cancel due to vacation and other events.
