LFG D&D 5e long-lasting character driven game looking for fresh blood.

I am the GM of a long-lasting campaign (but we are currently on session 12) where the story and character development takes the main stage, the setting is a low Sy-fy one with magic and technology balancing out in different areas of the world, unfortunately we had 2 dropouts due to life and I'm looking to replace them. The game is hosted by a Pro member so we have all those benefits, it is on Sunday starting from 2pm-3pm EST every week using discord voice chat, and lasts from 2-4 hours. The party has 4 members that are currently level 5 are about to start the next Arc of the campaign. Most official content releases are allowed (Volo's, Xan's, ext). Name and Age: Zoo, 18, nice to meet you What do you like about DnD: When you make a character in your head, their world seems very cutout and known to you as you already have their backstory and demeanor in mind. But once you actually start playing, dropping them into the DM’s realm alongside others who made their characters in the same way, everything just runs on its own in unexpected ways. My little dude can affect the world but also be affected by it and other player characters. Its cool how, in competent hands, a DnD campaign can read like a story with character development and arcs rather than just a game. I fancy that sort of organic depth. What about this campaign interests you: 1. It’s already 12 sessions deep, and I bet the theme of the campaign would be very fleshed out 2. im hoping low sci fi still means i can make a dude with robo arms What are your favorite things about playing a character: Making a tough decision as a character in a campaign. Shit gets grim haha. Questions/Comments: Are the sci-fi aspects based on anything, or is it more like fluff/reskinning? Lots of different ways people handle tech in medieval systems haha

To answer Zoo's question the low Syfy setting is a re-skin with the additional adding of gun's and vehicle, and we do have a few characters with robotic prosthetic, our Barbarian Nalla and our Artificer Rallana.
