Technical Errors in games i'm having

I'm having errors in multiple games, across multiple platforms, across multiple browsers (most recent versions of chrome and firefox). I've been through all suggested steps to no avail. The only add on i use is on chrome only and its Adblock, and it is turned off for roll20, i'm using windows 10 and i also have Norton security on. Issues i'm having: - Lagging. Not sure of cause, possibly something to do with the dynamic lighting as thats mostly once it happened. but i've had maps 200 by 200 and have hundreds of assets be fine, while maps 25 by 25 and having maybe 3 assets on it just lagging to the point of unusable - Not responding. sometimes tokens, maps, sheets, and handouts don't interact with anything. nothing works on them, i can't move them, i can't interact with anything beyond opening/closing it, and i'm constantly having to remake them. - on roll20 provided character sheet Bless that doesn't turn off no matter what is done - on the roll20 provided character sheet Spells constantly messing up (adding damage, removing damage, just not casting no matter what level cast at (both typed in and drag and dropped), changing the spell casting ability, changing the spell casting attack and damage modifiers for no reasons) - Buggy darkvision - Sometimes dark vision doesn't work, it's turned on and the character can see, the walls are put in place and on the correct layer, and its only happening to one or two characters but the dark vision just passes the walls entirely or doesn't even register that it's all turned on

Hi Natalie E. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? It sounds like you've already done Steps 1-3, but for us to help you, Step 4 is really important. It gives the devs a much clearer view of what is actually going on in you game. Be sure to capture the log at a time you are experiencing lag. In the meantime, I don't know if you've looked through our  Optimizing Roll20's Performance  article, but there may be something you haven't yet tried. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
