Uh. roll20. Isnt this market place item is violating a copyright? Can we do this?

This product is property of Inkarnate and cannot be sold according to their TOS ( https://inkarnate.com/terms ). https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/2830/city-and-town-maps-volume-1 However if there is a Roll20 deal or something allowing us to sell inkarnate maps on here count me in. I can churn these things out like crazy.

My bet is that the artist has a commercial license from Inkarnate. https://inkarnate.com/blog Check out the blog post from April 2017 for details on how to acquire a commercial license.

Hmm, not sure how I feel about people selling inkarnate maps as unique work, I suppose that's an issue that will mostly come down to us to decide who we support. Also, is there a difference between the various versions of the maps, cause I can't see it.

Loren has answered this question. And I can confirmed, based on the assets being used, that it comes from the commercially sources side of inkarnate.

Thanks DasAmigo. The team has been informed. If there is a violation it will be dealt with. However, I suspect Loren has the right of this.
Those assets are available to me and I don't have a commercial license so I don't know that those assets make it okie dokie. I hope it works out though. I'd love to sell inkarnate maps.

Loren is correct, the creator stated that he has Inkarnate Pro which includes a commercial license, which means that they have the right to sell. We've had other packs released on the Roll20 Marketplace in the past that have used Inkarnate tools, so it is allowed, it simply requires the commercial license to pursue this route.
Sweet. I'll have to get in on this thanks guys!
