It does not have a spell attack component, its a DC based spell so it wont be in the attack and will default to spell card. I usually just add in the double square brackets for inline-rolls into the spell card description.
It should show in attacks and spellcasting, like fireball. Instead it just produces a spellcard and when you change it to output attack, it is not filled.
