Marvel Super-Heroes/Marvel Heroic/Marvel Saga/M&M3E Marvel Universe?

Looking for someone running a Marvel supers game. I have an interest in playing the old FASERIP version since I read it back in highschool but never had a chance to play it. No real interest in Marvel Saga, but if offered I would be willing to try it. Marvel Heroic, I am currently reading parts of this. Feels like variation of Fate, which I also have not played, but want to. My last choice would be M&M3E. I have played this once, it did not go well at all. Also, it seems to be very hard to get people together to play this. I am looking for a campaign unless it seems like the group really comes together, but if someone wouldn't mind running a one-shot and a little hand-holding over the rules, that would be great. What do I have to offer? Over 33+ years of playing, I know or have knowledge of many systems, I am an older roleplayer and if I say I will be there, I will be there. I am also familiar with Roll20, G+ hangouts, Skype, TeamSpeak, etc. At this time my schedule is (all times are CST): Su Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa 0900-2200 0900-1600 0900-1600 0900-1230 Nil 0900-1900 0900-2000
It would be helpful to know what timezone. But I might be interested, though the only system I'm familiar with is M&M.
Wow I typically do not miss adding a time zone. Chalk that up to a brain fart. My time time zone is CST (GMT-6).
Bump!
Okay so no interest in this game at all. Well what a shame that no one apparently plays superhero rpg's. Such a terrible shame, oh well. Guess the only roleplaying out there must be Pathfinder/D&D Next, etc.
Admittedly, Superheroes are a bit of a niche in the sense that they're hard to do right. Granted, i'm a huge fan of Supers, but not so much Marvel. if you want, i can keep you up to date on an MnM 3e game I'm working on. Not set in the marvel universe, but still supers either way.
That would be nice, please keep me apprised. As for a game system, I am not married to the Marvel system(s) I just had seen more postings for those. I have not seen a Super world, Champions, V&V, etc game posted. As for my experience with M&M, it has all been bad. From the scheduling, the players, technical diificuklties and so on. In fact I have yet to take part in aVTT supers game that went more than an hour before falling apart.
Mm, well, I can see how things like that can happen, and have experienced my fair share. I can see how MnM might be problematic, at least in regards to the system. it remains my favourite system and all that, but I am aware how brutally numbers-orientated players can break the system, even with 3rd Ed being a little more restrictive than the previous edition. Really, it very much welcomes the Roleplay focussed players, ones who are more after the story than they are the numbers, and the system is highly compatible with GM rules (I typically bar the use of Nullify and Nemesis, for varying reasons). Anywho, I will keep you up to date, my friend.
While it's most likely not what I'm running next, I prepped the stuff for a SAGA game on here because I've been running one on rpol. It may be something I do in the future.
Actually have the Marvel Saga but never played. if you get up on roll20, be interested.
