Players account shows as deleted on Dev Server.

Greetings Roll20 folks, Its about 715 pm pacific here and I created a game on the Dev server so we could use Charactermancer. I sent an  invite to some friends. One player who joined my non dev server game under her name Esame joined the Dev server, created a character and logged out. I came in later and reviewed her sheet made some changes and set permissions for her and me (the gm). I also linked a token to her sheet she told me she liked.  When I logged out and looked at who joined my game her avatar has the words 'deleted' under her avatar portrait outside of game.  She says she cannot log in. I resent her a link and she says she cannot log in or create a new account.  I can provide her email as a pm to roll20 folks. 

It is usually recommended that she email the Devs (<a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a>) from the email account she used and explain the situation. This would give them the email address they would need.
