I'm Running Ars Magica 5e, Sundays GMT evenings

Hey all, some people have expressed learning and playing an Ars Game, I'm going to run people through character creation and perhaps a learning campaign depending on survivors. Will be voiced and I'm open to tween-session character vignettes and interactions. Tribunal and covenant situation is unset for the moment and will be covered in character creation, but will likely to Provencal or Normandy.  Hope to hear your interest soon! Hello, everyone! I'm one of the players that is interested in playing an Ars campaign and is already on board for the most part. I already have a magi and companion all planned out with sheets and everything, so character creation should be much smoother for me! As for the Tribunal and covenant location, I'm open to almost any of them, but would highly prefer those located in Eastern Europe mostly due to historical accuracy, since my characters will be Mongols coming in during the invasion of Europe. Hope to see more of you on board! :D

I'd be interested.  I think it is mainly a matter of when exactly in the evening you have in mind and how that translates to me in the Eastern US.  PM me?  Also, the frequency of the sessions.  Every other week or so is more do-able than weekly due to the many complications that life tends to throw into the mix. Played ArM once maybe in late 3rd early 4th edition as a demo at GenCon and have many of the books in hopes of playing again someday.  Haven't played but have 5th. Thanks for considering, Connor

I've always wanted to give this system ago so i'd be interested in playing and i can make the time you state in the title as i'm gmt  and my sundays are free. I am completely new apart from giving the book a read through a year ago so i would probably need a lot of help if that is a problem.

Good to see your replies everyone! I think the going time on Sundays is 6PM GMT, with about 3-hour/4 hour sessions depending on whats going on. I haven't figured out frequency yet, we can see how people feel about every other week. I think our first session will likely be Sunday 14th. I'll be leading people through the system, we'll talk about basic system foundations and character creation. I plan on having an extended character creation, several weeks at least to make sure everyone's got the time to mull over what they want out of their character.
