i dont know about the rest of you guys but i for one buy quite a few of the packs i find in marketplace, i find alot of them to be super handy, just what i need to create my own maps or spice up an existing one, it can be ALOT harder to find stuff for sci fi or modern games then it is for fantasy medieval ones (let alone something set in a specific sci fi setting such as star wars or 40k) so every time something shows up in marketplace which is either ideal for those settings or easily repurposed is something that can make a huge difference for immersion in your games and something you as a DM should at least consider grabbing. the problem is that it can be abit hard to find something specific or, if you have enough packs, even remember just which ones you've purchased, ordinarily i keep all my mapping files on my pc and organized for proper use so its relatively easy to find each specific file i may happen to need but SOME of the various packs you can purchase are only licensed for use within roll20 itself, and there is no way to determine from within the library itself which packs are which let alone which ones cannot be exported outside of roll20 (and thus, the ones you probably REALLY need to find) you COULD just try to search through your library but to get much use out if it you either have to remember exact file names or add your own tags to each individual file (which can get tedious and depending on those files and how creative you are, may not matter anyways), otherwise searching for "that purple thing that looks like its from call of cthulhu" is your only hope. i recommend some sort of function be added to the premium assets section of your library so that you can search for files by individual packs (for example, instead of listing ALL files, provide a list of packs you have purchased and then you can click a given pack and see what it has to offer), i dont know if this already exists and i just cant find it or what but i have yet to encounter anything like that, i just click my library and GIGANTIC WALL OF TOKENS, well it cant possibly take that long to scroll through right? theres no WAY i could have that many. three days later im still scrolling down, after enough time has passed you tend to forget what you were even doing and why you were doing in the first place.
