Howdy LFG Forum, I'm Marion. I recently got back into D&D after a long long hiatus thanks to roll20, now currently DM'ing for a group of friends through roll 20 with a homebrew campaign that has roughly 5-6 months of content fleshed out at 3 hours a session weekly. I'm having a blast... so much so that one session a week isn't cutting it for me anymore! So I'm either looking for a small group of semi-new players to build a new world for and start a session 0, or to join a campaign that will start soon. I tend to be a very say-yes/check-your-dice kind of GM, adaptable, and innovative in terms of what my players want from a world and how our story can progess. I tend to run a bulk of Gabriel Pickard's maps for building an environment up, and have enough exploration in the UI/worldbuilding aspect of roll20 DM-wise under my belt to create a world that is both engaging and non-monotonous to keep rolling on here. I don't tend to ever write short content/small modules/one-shots. I tend
to write in a zooming-out fashion, we start small on a point, and
through gradual exploration and exposition, you have a full on fleshed
out world (and beyond!) to explore and interact with. I simply build the playground and the park rules, and enjoy watching how everyone uses the space. As a player I'm rather calm-headed, enjoy a good story, and the RP aspect of coming together with a group to experience the world set before us. I see playing as an opportunity to have fun, and to learn/experience/gain-a-new-perspective with a different dm's style. This post probably comes across as vague, but in my experience, less restriction = more fun. So if you have a group and are looking for a long-term campaign solution, I would like to get a dialogue going; hit me up via a PM and lets get the ball rolling. Or, if you're looking for a player , drop me a description or just reach out to me. I hope to hear from y'all!
