What did I do Wrong?

Just purchased the Waterdeep: Dragon Heist module last week and am having problems with the character sheets. I transferred 3 in from a previous game (completely filled out) using the vault feature, they work fine when I view them as DM, but the players can only see their bio page, nothing else (it appears to be the only tab). Same thing happens to me if I enter the game as a player. I have them set so they are controlled by the player. The players have logged in. The game is set up using the "D&D 5E by Roll20" Character sheets. The game I transferred them in from is active and set up using the same sheets. They work fine on the old game.
There are two settings for the player: Controlled, and In Journal. They must have both for full sheet access.
I do not see "In Journal."  However they do show up in the players journal, but only the Bio tab.
You should have this in the settings:

For clarity, you will only get those fields when you open a character sheet and click edit.
Thanks, I have those set now. However now I am getting the following when I join as a player (and I do have a character sheet set up for myself as a test) and try to view my sheet: "ERROR: Unable to find character to edit". Yet it shows up fine when I am logged in as DM.

Can you share a screenshot? (Tall order, I know, given that I've had a 66% failure rate trying to do that on the forums)
I've seen that error. You need to reload the game instance. Possibly a couple times. The character sheet isn't loading properly, and can't be found. I have LOTS of them in my game(s) and sometimes get that. My solution is to open the game, wait literally 5 minutes, and then start playing. Give it a try. Edit: Seeing this as a player is likely a problem with the initial sheet. Try creating a brand new character sheet as GM and using that?
Tried doing a screen shot and not having much luck. I will re-create the character sheet this evening and see if that does it. I suspect it will, but we'll see. Thanks for all the help so far, I'll let you know if it works or not.

I can concur with what Phnord said might be the cause. In my last game I had LOTS of character sheets from over the years it ran, slowly making more mook NPCs each week, and would get it if I was 'click happy' upon joining towards the end of the campaign. Give it a few minutes to settle in if you are just joining. Not so much the game itself settling in server side, more it loading/caching the content of it to your machine and the sheet hasn't made it over yet, its still 'waiting in line' I believe. If that doesn't help, one of us can maybe try to help track down whats going on for you.
This error sometimes occurs when the new game is set to use a different character sheet or has duplicates already in (or named the same). So if you transfer from an SRD sheet to the OGL sheet, it can occur. Although it does seem more likely to be a conflicting API with the transmog or initialisation of the sheet.

Hi Mike D. Does it work if you create a brand new game from scratch and import the characters fresh? If not, and the suggestions above are not working, let me know the name of your game, and I'll see if I can get a dev to look in. In the meantime, give our standard Troubleshooting steps a go-through, to give them the info they need to give you a hand. From our guide to   Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. (This can be done quickly by logging on in a private browsing window) Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
I re-created the character sheets and I've heard from 2 of the 3 people so far and they are working fine.Have not heard form the 3rd yet. DXWarlock may have been onto something about giving it time to catch up with the server, I was trying immediately.
