Hi, So as of 09/29/18, one of my player's rolls in our Blades
in the Dark game glitches out, showing half of the roll image but not
the results. His is the only character sheet this is happening to, and
has been rolling manually since last week. This week, 10/06/18, I
tried giving him a new character sheet. Unfortunately, I have somehow
lost the ability to assign character sheets to ANY players in ANY games.
I tried some old games from long ago and I get the same problem
regardless - when I choose a player in the "Can be edited and controlled
by" tab of the new character sheet, I select the player and hit "save
changes" as I always have (been using roll20 for 4 years now). The
character sheet details claim that such-and-such player has control of
the sheet, but their little colored circle does not appear beside the
sheet in the journal tab. Subsequently, the actual player does not in
fact see or have any control over the new sheet. So, the sheet itself is
set to the player's name, but their colored circle does not appear and
they do not see the sheet at all. This is very bizarre and has
never happened to me before. I cleared my browser cache. I use Firefox,
and am fully updated at v. 62.0.3. I use Windows 10. I do not currently
have an anti-virus software, and Javascript is enabled in my browser.
The only add-on I have is an AdBlocker, which has never interfered with
my games before and I've had activated the entire time I've used roll20
(again, 4 years). I'm unclear how to take a Console Log in roll20, plus
I'm posting this report the day after the character sheet issue started
and a week after the rolling issue started, so that log might not be
there anymore? I looked through the instructions given in the "Solving
Technical Issues" page of the Wiki but couldn't figure out how to get
the specific log from the game dates. Please let me know if there's any more information you need from me. Below I've attached a side-by-side of what the rolls should look like vs. what my player (Michael) ends up with when he rolls. Thanks, and I eagerly await your response. Best, Patrick.
