About Me : Typically, I am very organized and detail-manic about games as a player. As a GM, I'm a little more laid-back, but still narrative-focused. I enjoy giving players a movie-like experience with big action followed by grief-inducing losses or unexpected triumphs. I do try to rope players into the story as much as possible, especially with longer games. I'm 29, single and 100% geek. I also don't like long walks or beaches. My Game : This will be a somewhat combat-heavy game with some story and a little plot. Don't expect a flowing, grand tale, as this is really only a one-shot to meet some more gamers out there and to get myself back into GMing after a long break. There will be plenty of big action though! Feel free to apply in the appropriate place or post here if you have questions. The time has some wiggle-room if the whole party is on the same page. The System: So for those who don't know, this is Stars Without Number, a somewhat deadly system that's actually very simple to pick up and play. It's based on a 2d6 roll and is set against a very gritty post-apocalyptic far future after mankind's demise due to a traumatic event. There are psionics, space colonies, ships, mercenaries, smugglers, criminals, dictators, planets inhabited by sword-wielding warriors and still others inhabited by laser-wielding technogeeks. Demands of Players: A good attitude No weirdos No talking about your underwear Ability to take a joke A working mic Ability to handle sensitive game topics Drugs Alcohol War Sci-Fi Racism
