DnD 5e Newish Player looking for group, weekends preferred

Hi, I'm Ramy. So I'm a newish dnd player. I've been playing 5e this past year. I play Adv League at my local comic book shop and years ago I used to play pathfinder and older editions of dnd but I'm looking for a longer campaign. I'm going to be starting a game on Fridays. So preferably Im looking for weekend games because I'm always off on weekends so I have open time slots on weekends. Weekdays are harder because I work all day, go to the gym, then have to make dinner when I get home so I may not be available until 7 or 8 but I generally play video games w my bf during the week. For the most part I have the basics down, but may need some help and a patient dm and players. Looking for a smaller group and I'm on central time in the US. I would eventually like to learn to dm so maybe I can turn some of my old stories into campaigns.  Any way, I like high fantasy games and am open to games based on anime, shows, movies, video games etc. Me and my friends used to do alot of dnd games based on anime as well as original stuff. Hey Ramy, If you have interest in trying Shadow of the Demon Lord then check out the below link. The game will run Sundays at 12pm PDT and will be roughly 10 adventures. So... a fairly long-term game that will get players to max level. The world is a mix of high-fantasy/horror/steampunk.
