Art Library's "Premium Assets - Marketplace Purchases" not showing my purchased Token sets

I think this goes without further explanation: I have had the player's handbook pack (includes "PHB character asset pack" Token Set), and I just recently purchased Meditating Munky's "Hex March Vol 1 - World Map Builder" Token Set. My problem is, nether of these Token Sets show in my Marketplace Purchases tab in the art library. Some things to clarify: According to the Wiki titled "How to Access Marketplace Content" ( https://wiki.roll20.net/How_to_Access_Marketplace_Content ) in the art pack section, I would be treated to my map packs already being pre-organized. By clicking the + on Marketplace purchases, it should expand the folder, and show me my assets. Before any of you ask, I am in deed searching "everything" when I do this. Please, could somebody walk me through what I've done wrong / haven't done at all? I feel like this is a greater issue because I will be damned if I will have to upload each of these 1000 tiles manually. Thank you in advance

Hey Dudeofpeace! I could send you an invite to one of my campaign pages and give you a quick demo of how I use this set in Roll20, and I can also use a screen share to show you how to navigate to the folder so you don't have to upload 1000+ individual assets! Noone wants to do that :) If you want to do that, I am free all night and would be happy to help you out! DM message me and I can send you a link to one of my campaign pages!

Well, first of all, let's check to make sure nothing went awry with your purchase. If they are indeed properly in your account, they should display on the Your purchases page, regardless of whether you are in-game or not. If they don't show up there, please contact team@roll20.net, and they should be able to straighten out whatever the problem is. If they do show up on that page, but are not displaying in your art library as described in the wiki (best to restart your game, just to make sure), then something is probably going awry. Although they should appear automatically, try typing "Handbook" into the search field. If nothing appears, then the next step is to follow the Troubleshooting steps below and I will ping a dev. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

I need to get one of the Devs to make an update to the Hex chapter on the Wiki page to help troubleshoot these hex sets :) I think the easiest way to assemble my set in Roll20 would be to set the grid to V-Hex and the grid size to 2.05, and then ALT Drag them from your library. I toyed around with the settings to get it to snap just right at that size without having to resize each tile individually. EDIT: Keith is the best! If you'd like I can make a post on the Tips thread for Hex Sets and easy ways to get the different types to snap just right.

Heck yes! That sounds very useful. Actually, I believe you can edit the wiki page yourself. If not, let me know what needs to be changed and I'll see to it.

They are in my marketplace, this is how I downloaded the Zip files. The problem is having to manually upload them is taxing! Both PHB and Hex March are in my Marketplace, but do not show in my Purchased section in the art library. (As expressed in the original post.) i will see to the troubleshooting guild guild once I am off work. Thank you for the response

Sorry, I didn't see where you had said you downloaded the zip files. You are correct that there should be no need to manually upload them. As soon as you have gone through the troubleshooting steps (including the log), I'll contact the devs and we'll do our best to get you up and running right.

I had not said I downloaded the Zip before my last message, but I did express the troubles you had forwarded in your second paragraph before you sent your original message. I will gladly follow step 4 when I am home - as I will need access to my computer to provide console logs, etc. If you could please bring this thread to the attention of a Dev, or someone who is able to help further, I would be very happy.

Thanks dudeofpeace. I have seen your bug report and log and have escalated the new thread to the devs. In order to prevent confusion, I am going to close this one, but your first post in the new thread contains a link back to this thread for reference. Thanks for your patience.
