Since this appears to be about missing Compendium or Module information, I'm going to copy this post over to the thread for Wizards of the Coast bug tracking, where it will have higher visibility to the devs. I'll close it here, but you can follow it there. If you do check over thre, it might be helpful to know which product Zuggtmoy is listed in. I know she is in MToF, but the same statblock might be repeated in another product.
