All macros disappeared

I was logged in my campaign "White plume mountain" (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1917458/white-plume-mountain" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1917458/white-plume-mountain</a>) and everything was working fine, then I installed a patch for&nbsp; Lost Mine of Phandelver has an update available.&nbsp; Patch notes for version 1.4.. Don't know if there's any relationship with this operation but when the update finished all my macros disappeared from the campaign.&nbsp; What happened? Can they be recovered somehow? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Simone, You should contact <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and explain your problem. In the meantime, rollbacks are an automated feature available to&nbsp; Pro users &nbsp;only. Since you are a Pro subscriber — Please see this&nbsp; wiki for help with rollbacks . Normally I'd close at this point, but since there were complications that seem to have been caused by the patch, I'll keep this thread open for a bit, just in case you have a related problem.

Same thing happened to me, I'll write to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> . &nbsp;:-/ My game started as Phandelver, but has been copied a few times since then.

Hey Joe, Did Keith's rollback suggestion help you? We haven't seen an email from you yet, so we wanted to check in! :)

I was able to manually recover the macros from a previous backup, but could not replicate the problem re-applying the patch upgrade on other backup copies of the same game. Can't really tell what caused it. Anyway thank you very much for the support. I'd say you can close the thread if you want.
