Chronicle: Violet Picmic Time: Thursdays 9 pm (Toronto Time - EST I think - Weekly or Bi-Weekly TBD) Slots: 1 (5 total) Medium: A platform or a combination of platforms that support voice and cam ttrpg experience ( Hangouts and roll20 usually worked for my previous campaigns. Please don't ask for text) 1985 Afghanistan, the bloodiest year of the Soviet invasion. Your kind the Unchained refers to it as the Violet PIC-MIC. With the US military-industrial complex flexing its muscles, and the Soviet political industrial complex continuing to fan the flame of its global ambitions, the ground is ripe for many rings to descend upon. It’s a hell of a picnic, as fallen revel in the chaos and scramble to eat their fill of their preferred delights. The fury of war is all they need to determine if the God Machines’ infrastructure is silently whirring in the background of the conflict, and take the necessary steps to subvert it to their own means. Books: Demon the Descent 2e. Requirements: This game will require cam as well as voice. Because I believe interruptions and speaking over each other are banes of an online ttrpg experience. I also believe cams help with role play via body language. This is not negotiable. Voice and Cam requirement will mean you need to have a really good internet connection. If you do not think you have infrastructure to meet these requirements this campaign will not be for you. Campaign Focus: As an ST I will try to weave together an experience revolving around critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork in attempt to tell an epic story of trials and tribulations together. This game will be about technognostic espionage, there will be action, but don’t expect a combat scene of the week kind of an experience. We are three sessions in. If interested please post here, with your age, ttrpg experience, preferred themes, and play style. Also I can't stress enough if you do not have a good mike, internet bandwidth, and a properly working webcam this campaign is not for you.
