I cannot access the dev server vault.

The following image is what I currently see on the dev server. Notice no vault option. I really like having my vault. Please fix.

Honestly it looks like dev server isn't recognizing my pro subscription like its supposed to.

Actually notice no tools drop down option which would have the vault.

It looks like the site is displaying the layout for narrow windows, with all of the menu options folded into a single master drop down window on the left. Are you viewing this on a smaller monitor, a mobile device, or a browser set to display the mobile site, perhaps? In any case, what do you see when you click the "Menu" menu on the left?

I'm viewing it on my computer.

It displays the production server just fine. Its only the dev server messing up. And it started messing up after I had a hiccup in my subscription due to outdated payment info.

Why am I always the one that seems to be finding all these problems. Like I think I run into three times as many bugs and problems as any other user here. Is it Karma for grinding through over a hundred players in my first long running campaign here...

There's definitely some options missing in the left hand condensed menu. I'll ping a dev about this and see what I can find out. In the meantime, as a workaround, you should be able to navigate to the vault by going to https://app.roll20dev.net/vault/characters

Also, this may help to figure out why you are seeing that menu arrangement only on the dev server, but could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues?

If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4(Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Thank you!

I don't use chrome. Just firefox, Chrome is very buggy, but I guess I can download it just for this.

The vault appears on chrome, I did cntrl+f5 already to refresh the cache, I'll try a full cache clear in case cnrl+f5 isn't as complete

Completely clearing the caxche doesn't work also I can't seem to sign out of the dev server. Like I signed out, cleared cache, refreshed and I was already signed back in.

Looks like this is definitely an issue where your Firefox browser thinks that you are using a small-width screen.

I'll log a bug for the Vault not showing up in the small-screen format; I can definitely reproduce that issue. It's also on the live server.

However, I don't know why you're seeing the small-screen view in a maximized window. When I just checked using Firefox, the display showed the standard full-width view. Is it possible you have an add-on in Firefox that is causing that behavior? Does the live server also display as if you are using a smaller screen?

For the logout issue, can you visit https://app.roll20dev.net/sessions/destroy and see if that logs you out completely?

the link logged me out completely. Didn't fix the problem like I hoped. No I don't have any addons.

I'll try reinstalling firefox.

Reinstalling worked

Possibly you had a User Agent set for a mobile or small width screen? Anyway, glad it worked. Also, the reason we ask for users to try both Firefox and Chrome is not to urge you to switch to one or the other. Your browser choice is yours. It just highlights where a problem might be. If it appears in both, it's probably not a browser issue. If it appears only in one, that's a likely culprit.

Since this issue appears to be resolved, I will close the thread and mark it so. Please feel free to open another if the problem resurfaces.
