The short answer is no. The longer answer has some reasons to that no. I would like to know if it's possible that I set a name (a,b,c, etc) to each roll of decade and one to the unit for detecting pairs. You can't reuse rolls and compare them using the normal roller. There is an API script (pro perk), power cards, that does allow this. You may also find the new dice matching mechanic useful, although you'll need to redo your macro to utilize it and I'm not sure how useful it will be. If one decade=unit, the macro put the note "Critical !" under results. This functionality can (I believe) be done with the power cards api noted above, as well as with a custom roll template. Custom roll templates are part of character sheets. If your system has a character sheet already made on Roll20, it may handle this for you already. If there is not currently a sheet and your system is a publically available system, you can either make one yourself (pro perk) or ask one of the sheet authors to make one in the sheet request thread so that it can be added to the sheet repository.
