Character Sheet not accepting spells

During the last session I played in (a week ago), I tried to drag in some spells from the compendium and they wouldn't go in. It's been a week and I'm still having the same problem. I reloaded my browser, logged out, nothing helped. Could a mod please look at this? Extra info: I'm using the "D&D 5e Shaped" character sheet for this.

It wasn't. It was still in-browser, not in its own window.

Hi Kai, I am adding our Troubleshooting steps to the end of this, before I escalate. But there are a few more things you can try. First, are you the DM of the game? I ask because it might be helpful to know if you are using the latest versions of sheet (and/or script), or just the drop down version. Does this happen in every game, or just this one? You can try creating a second game using the same sheet for testing purposes. Beyond that, could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to&nbsp; Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome&nbsp; and&nbsp; Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable&nbsp; all&nbsp; add-ons/extensions&nbsp; and&nbsp; anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through&nbsp; Step 4 .&nbsp; (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

I am just a player in the game, and no this issue does not persist in other games, including a game I DM for. I am using Chrome, I have no add-ons and my cache has been cleared.

My advice is to ask the DM the questions about how the sheet is installed, and if other players are having similar issues. I can escalate this to the dev team, but since the Shaped Sheet (which I also use) is community contributed, there may be little they can do. If you do wish me to go ahead and escalate this, please do step 4 in the troubleshooting steps above. That Console Log is important, since it gives the dev team a better idea of exactly what is going on.
