Gloomhaven needs lots of card decks

In setting up a Gloomhaven scenario, I am struggling to figure out how to adequately create and use card decks. Searching the forums has some links to scripts and mentions transmorgrifier and other. Does anyone have a comprehensive doc for working with card decks? P.S. I wasn't able to set a card back image on a new deck, is this broken?

Is there a way, via script or such, to make a page with tokens for all the cards that is then exposed to a user? Perhaps not even via the built in deck feature, but some other interactive way.
