Hi William! Generally speaking, posting Discord links on the public forums is going to go against the Intended Use clause of the Code of Conduct as well as the General Guidelines for the LFG Forums & LFG Tool (if posting an LFG thread or listing) From the Code of Conduct : The Roll20 Forums exist to discuss topics directly relating to the Roll20 program and systems. Anything that could more fittingly be discussed on another site should be discussed there. From the [Read First] Posting to LFG & Paid Games : We ask that users adhere to the following requests when creating a listing or post: [...] Refrain from publicly posting links to off-site communities (Discord, Facebook groups, etc.) on the LFG Forums and LFG Tools* *You may share this content in private (i.e. game details page, game forums, or sent via private message). The Roll20 forums are not a great avenue for Discord recruitment as they exist primarily as a help resource for the Roll20 platform and to arrange games on Roll20. We understand the desire to use Discord for communication purposes while in-game. As such, posting a link to your Discord within the Game Details Page of your game or within your Game Discussion Forum (Note: not the LFG Discussion Forum) is fine. Additionally, feel free to pass along discord links via private message to users who might be joining you in your games :) If you have other questions or would like to discuss this further feel free to send an email to <a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a>
