Looking for "Earthdawn" players

Hi all, I am new here and recently just started playing tabletop RPG again after 7 years of absence. I am currently playing locally D&D e5 and Call of Cthulhu Pulp but I have never played online before so I guess this would be a good place to start. I have been playing tabletop RPG since the mid 90's and "Earthdawn" from FASA is the one I am most familiar with and been playing the most. It's my favorite tabletop RPG of all time because of the system, the settings and the world. To describe "Earthdawn" as short as possible to those who aren't familiar with the game is that the setting is high magic high fantasy post apocalyptic like D&D world with underground shelters like Fallout games hidden from Call of Cthulhu like horrors that ravaged the surface world for centuries and turned into dark ages (instead of nuclear apocalypse). The time of hidden underground is called The Scourge. Different races you are familiar with such as Dwarfs, Elfs, Orks (playable), Humans and other unique races such as T'skrang (Lizard men), Obsidimen (tall strong built stonemen), Trolls (with horns that stands up about 8,5 feet) and Windlings (small Elf like with wings and only around 13 punds and 18 inches in hight); these races are called Name-givers that has emerged from the underground shelters, cities underworld etc called Kaers or Citadel (Dungeons) and slowly started to rebuild the world fighting off the remaining horrors that hasn't fled back to the Astral Plane yet after the Scourge ended. The world has Kingdoms, Empires, power struggle with political intrigue, Nations, Unique cultures, Wars, Dragons, Unique magical treasures, Airships, Legendary creatures, Powerful wizards, Secret societies, Ruins, Undeads, Kaers (Dungeons), Horrors, Mysterious undiscovered ancient forgotten places etc. It's a step system with classes called Adapts skilled in the art of magic with sword, beastriding, thievery, spellcasting, smithing, troubadour etc. Can also read more here: http://fasagames.com/earthdawn-whatis/ , Wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earthdawn , YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0YBOYyK1Cc Simply put since Earthdawn aren't on the list in the Roll20 I am looking for players who wants to play "Earthdawn" or "Earthdawn" GM who're looking for players. If you are interested please leave a comment and tell me about yourself and if you had any experience with the game. Thanks!
Hi, I am coming over from the Facebook group. Thanks for taking the time to set this up. My name is Christopher and I have been playing table top RPG's since the late 70's. I have been playing Earthdawn since '93 whenever I can find a group. I have all the editions but right now I am partial to 4th Edition using the 3rd Edition step chart. I would love to play and down the road GM a few games as well. Cheers!
Hi Christopher and welcome! I have already found a Gamemaster willing to run the game and pretty soon I will send private pm in our Facebook group to let people start preparing and making an account here. I think we are enough people to start a group but will be a challenge because of the time differencies. Hopefully we can get this group going about the first week or the 2nd week of December. Short about my background as well is that I have been playing RPG since the mid 90's, I got all first edition books including novels, I got revised edition and 3rd edition books from RedBrick and currently reading 4th edition.

When you have officially closed your table to new applications, just say so in the thread and I'll close this for you. Until then, happy recruiting :)
Thanks Gen, We are trying to recruit some more because there could be time difference complicated which mean some might drop out but I will let you know when we are 100% sure we got enough players, for now not yet.
Depending on the Day/Time I might be interested
Welcome MonkOfLords, Sure I'll let you know with news update. Do you have any experience with Earthdawn?
Mostly with 4th but never a full game as of yet.
