You are members of a newly formed coven of Succubi, setting yourselves up in the city of Cincinnati, when the discovery a dimensional vortex plunges you into the center of an underworld war. Now, you find yourselves in a desperate struggle to keep your place in the world - and to survive. You play as a group of Pleasure Demons - Succubi, for short - attempting to establish a business/outpost/home in the city of Cincinnati, when you discover a mysterious dimensional vortex leading between Earth and the Daemonlands. Unfortunately, you aren't the only ones to notice, and the vortex draws the attention of a great number of parties, most of which think of you as a rival, a tool, or an abomination. If you hope to keep what's yours, you must act - choose sides, play your rivals against each other - your enemies are also potentially your greatest weapon. Fight in the shadows, in the clubs and cafes, in the streets, in the bedroom. Show these interlopers that you are the master, not the slave. This is yours . You are desire itself, and you will not be denied . We have maybe 2 players, aiming for 3 to 5. We will use text only, I have no particular interest in voice. The campaign is closed-ended, though players may become involved in future campaigns. This is a homebrew FUDGE variant called TAFFY. It is based on 5dF rolls, and has a somewhat more defined ruleset than core FUDGE. Also borrows Aspects from FATE (sorta). Due to speculative interest, content handouts are about 90% complete. There's only so much time in a day, and I don't have amazing artistic skills, I can't promise extreme quality in terms of maps/icons. Compared to content it's low priority. Time is also speculative. There is no fixed playtime or start date, but we're looking at Fridays, around 1600 EST or so? It depends. Not ERP, but very much 18+ for content reasons. This will probably be a pretty challenging campaign overall. Focus is on multifaction subterfuge and social interaction with a decent bit of small-scale combat. 'Succubi' is used for brevity, Incubi also included (you're shapeshifters, after all). Demons aren't Always Chaotic Evil - just generally selfish with a bit (okay, a lot) of an edgelord streak. The setting is a complicated thing, and additional info (and rules) are provided in the Discussion section. Additional details provided upon request.
