Mobile device can't load character sheets.

My phone isn't loading anything but the bio when I open a character sheet. It loads handouts fine, it's just switching off bio to character sheet that won't work. I'd like to know why the service I pay for isn't as it should be.

Are you the GM or assigned "control & edit" to the sheet? If you are trying to view a sheet that is not assigned to you or not a GM then the bio tab is all you will see.

So to reiterate. Pc has no issues what so ever with loading and using the sheet, but my mobile version can't load past the bio

Do the issues persist on a tablet? Do be advised that Roll20 does not support usage on a phone. What device are you using? Also, just to check, are you talking about Table on Tablet , or the Mobile App ?
