Hello, We've just started a game of Legend of the Five Rings, 4th Edition. We could use one or two more players. Experience with the setting is great, but not vital, we're not averse to newcomers who want to stretch their role-playing muscles. This is our campaign synopsis: Gathering Silk with Daisho Gathered by the Imperial Herald, Miya Chiroku, you serve as Shikken , arbiters of the Empire. Those tasked as ambassadors of peace, serving in the empress name, seeking non-violent resolutions between hostile and willful daimyo. With spring coming to a close, tensions are high, and the air in court is like an over-tuned biwa, whose melodies are sharp, and shrill. A flurry of late season correspondences dance back and forth between courtiers, exchanging strokes in the ancient game of letters, but whether they mean trade, peace, or the marching of honorable samurai to war... only time will tell. One thing is certain, when the heat of summer rises, and samurai tempers flare, there is always need for the empress' Shikken , to ensure the empire does not descend into the chaos of war.
