The script I made works awesome.. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/182569/script-ed" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/182569/script-ed</a>... But you need to be mentor to use it. There is the excelent google hangouts addon as well as powerflight games has a stand alone dice app for them.

To add to Konrad's suggestions, rollable tables are generally used for handling custom dice: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Card_Decks_and_Rollable_Tables#Rollable_Tables" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Card_Decks_and_Rollable_Tables#Rollable_Tables</a>

Its nice to just have a total of successes and failures, etc. Not sure rollable tables would be very useful in this respect, but I haven't used them much so might be missing something. Probably the google hangouts addon is the best bet if you aren't mentor. If you are mentor then my script shows the dice graphically and totals everything up for you nicely.
I found an app for google+ to use on the hangouts you can use it at the time talking and will you the rd20 for maps and tokens
Yes, the app for Hangout can be found here , or you can use the "add app" function on Hangout to add it.
